I knew artbot had a soft spot for human children! it will prove to be artbot's fatal weakness...or it's first step towards becoming human, as most cyborgs/robots/droids seem to aspire to in the movies.
TArtbot does not want to be a human. Human adults are mundane. Nonetheless, the human children and their artwork do fascinate Artbot. Remember, all robots do not all aspire to be human. This is why Artbot enjoyed watching Battlestar Galactica. The robots are happy just as they are. Plus, the show featured quasi-human children making art.
